Mornington Pier

Mornington Pier:

The dive site is located just left of the pier. The bottom vary between rocky reef, large ledges and boulders, sea grass covered rocks and silty mud. The deepest part of the dive site is 10 meters. A whole variety of fish life here. Including old wives, globe fish, crabs, seahorses, starfish, squid, rock fish, abounds with sponge life, whiting, morwong, small shrimp, and plenty of other small marine life.

Diving Conditions :

The dive site can be affected by strong winds. Because of the silty mud bottom the visibility can be poor if West winds are blowing or after rain.
