Sandringham reef:

The reef is located at Sandringham beach and is really easy to access. It is a shallow reef with max. depth of 6 meters. The dive site is perfect for snorkeling or just an enjoyable easy dive.

Lots of marine life can be seen swimming around. The reef is a host to some huge stingrays and sometimes Bronze sharks, Port Jackson sharks and Banjo sharks.

Diving Conditions :

The dive site can be affected by strong currents and winds. Because of the sandy bottom the visibility can be poor if West winds are blowing or after rain.

Access:

There are couple of public car parks along Beach road and plenty of free parking spots on the nearby streets.
